Modular Repair Kit
Kalypso’s Modular Cable Repair Kit (MCRK) is a containerised, vessel-agnostic solution designed to deliver efficient subsea cable repair and maintenance for offshore wind and power infrastructure. The modular system supports the full repair lifecycle and can be rapidly mobilised on a wide range of vessels or barges, reducing dependency on specialist assets, lowering costs, and improving response times. Its flexible design allows configuration to suit project-specific requirements while providing a reliable, scalable solution for both planned and emergency works.
America’s first dedicated Cable Lay Vessel
Responding to the growing demand for offshore infrastructure in the USA, Kalypso is currently developing America’s first dedicated U.S.-flagged Cable Lay Vessel (CLV). Having a capacity of approximately 5,000 tons, the Kalypso CLV will provide our clients with significant offshore installation capacity whilst providing direct access to local content and supply chain development.
Kalypso CLV
Kalypso Offshore is developing America’s first advanced cable installation vessel in the U.S. market. Equipped with dual carousels, Kalypso’s CLV has a custom-designed dual-lane Cable Installation System which provides our clients with complete flexibility in the field during installation. The vessel features two cable carousels with a combined capacity of 5,000 tonnes. Together, these turntables can carry and transport 100 km of cable in a single trip.

Cable Lay Vessel
Our CLV design features a bespoke dual-lane Cable Installation System that provides our clients with complete flexibility in the field during installation. The vessel features two cable carousels with a combined capacity of 5,000 tonnes and is capable of installing export, inter-array, and telecommunication cables in challenging conditions.
